We recognise that, for most of us, health and happiness is a CHOICE.  But first we need to learn how.  We invite individuals, workplaces and community to join us in achieving our mission:  EMPOWERING PEOPLE TO LEAD THEIR HEALTHIEST HAPPIEST LIVES, through sharing education, information and experiences in safe open and honest ways.

 

CHOICE provides an authentic visual statement that demonstrates your commitment towards our advocacy approach to wellbeing, through empowerment.  

 

WHY JOIN CONNECT AND CARE “CHOICE”?

Our story comes from the heart.  A conscious choice to lead a healthier happier life after a series of traumatic events, complicated long term grief and poor mental health.  Our programming is carefully designed in response to extensive voluntarily research across the private and public sector back in 2017, looking at ways to reduce isolation and vulnerability for others.  We invite you to choose our advocacy wellbeing approach, empowering you to lead your healthiest happiest life.

 

We choose to provide authentic, simple, fun, practical, highly impactful wellbeing programming, priding ourselves on our advocacy approach.  Our recent white paper data shows our positive social impact.  A sample of 42 people, across 14 businesses of varied industries during some of the most challenging economic and social times our Whakatipu business community face.

• $165 including GST for Individual Registration

• $499 including GST for Business Registration

 

HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO CHOICE?

Simply complete the registration form below. We'll be in touch from there to confirm your registration and email you through an invoice for payment.  We’ll send you your certificate and CHOICE sticker to proudly display your wellbeing commitment through Connect and Care advocacy.
